Palmetto Web Productions is the work of Paul­­ B. Kelley, Ph.D. An internationally recognized scholar, author and translator, Paul began creating Web sites for friends and colleagues while a graduate student at Columbia University in New York City in the mid-1990s. After various teaching stints as an assistant professor at universities in France and in the U.S., Paul left academia in 2005 in order to devote his energies entirely toward mastering the art and craft of Web design. He founded Palmetto Web Productions in 2009. Paul is passionate about Web design and development and continues to keep abreast of the latest advances in Web design technology. When not creating Web sites, Paul performs locally as a classical pianist.
